This is the first step of any troubleshooting for a Shop BTS Station . I ask before you place any tickets that you power down the unit and then power the unit back up after it has been off 10 seconds. The first screen with the "Logon" icon will appear first upon power on. Wait 30 seconds and the "Shop Desktop" icon will appear on the screen as well. The unit is then ready for use. Double click on the shop desktop icon to launch the Citrix Shop Desktop. If after this procedure the unit is not functioning correctly then please place a ticket in the Freshdesk ticketing system.
