Due to a Microsoft Update, the old way for connecting to the VPN may have issues, where if you click Kapco VPN, it will just spin after typing in your credentials, make sure it says citrix.kapcoinc.com, not 67.131.32.226 like before, that is an old VPN.
The new way is going through a shortcut link that we will be deploying to your desktop.
1. Click the icon Kapco VPN.
2a. After opening the link, you will see this box, put in your username and password. You do not need to fill in the domain.
2b. If you have a physical DUO token in lieu of having DUO on your cell phone, you will need to enter your credentials as follows:
**Note** Enter your password, followed by a comma, then the digits on the token. Do not place a space before or after the comma.
3. You will now get the Duo Mobile Push to approve your connection, and you should be connected, below is just an example company.
